🗺️ Demolition Atlas Project
A project started by ACAN Sweden, inspired by Countdown2030 in Switzerland. Demolition Maps are a community mapping tool to share buildings that are ‘at risk’, ‘demolished’, or ‘saved’. There is a consortium of ACAN chapters and other organisations working towards an ‘Umbrella Site’ and various fundraising activities
🤹 International Skills Sharing Events
Innovation is key to reducing carbon emissions in the built environment. Reducing carbon emissions in the built environment starts with innovation. Since over 80% of buildings already exist, retrofitting with bio-based materials is key to sustainability. Join us for an immersive, hands-on workshop where we explore practical ways to integrate natural materials into existing buildings.

From Assembly to Action: A Just Transition for Our Built Environment
As an “Assembly for a Just Building Transition", we use our diversity and differences to recognise strong points of convergence and a shared responsibility to act now. By working across contexts, we are building a collective European process that remains open, iterative and representative.

The 2nd European Assembly for a Just Building Transition, hosted by Architects 4 Future Germany in Frankfurt (21–23 November 2025), brought together over 15 organizations and initiatives from across Europe working towards a systemic transformation of the building sector.
Support for Architects for Gaza’s Demands
The Architects Climate Action Network (ACAN) has composed a letter showing our alignment and support with Architects for Gaza’s demand, and incorporating parts of ACAN's Statement on Gaza. It was sent this week via traditional post and email to the RIBA President, Muyiwa Oki.

🗓 International Circle Meetings
We hold monthly open 
International Circle meetings on the Third Tuesday of each month, 6 – 7pm GMT. As the name suggests, they’re open to all.
Additionally there is a monthly 
International Session on the First Tuesday of each month, 6 – 7pm GMT. This session is open to all of our international chapters and often has a theme or training element
